Your data powers Concize, so we explain exactly how it is collected, used, and protected across our marketing workspace.
We collect information you provide directly to us (account, workspace, billing, and communication data), content created inside Concize, and limited usage data generated by device, browser, and cookie signals. We do not sell personal data.
Tasks, messages, attachments, social content drafts, analytics dashboards, and any other material you upload are treated as confidential Customer Content. You control this data and may export or delete it at any time.
We process telemetry such as feature adoption, automation success rates, and performance metrics to maintain uptime and shape our roadmap.
We share data only with vetted subprocessors who provide hosting, analytics, communications, or payment services. Each vendor signs data protection terms that mirror our own obligations. We do not allow third parties to use your data for their marketing.
Concize uses globally distributed infrastructure with data centers primarily located in the EU and US. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and regional controls to keep Customer Content local whenever possible.
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Submit requests through privacy@concize.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data tied to an active account is stored for the life of the subscription. After cancellation we retain backups for 30 days unless you request accelerated deletion.
We will post any privacy changes on this page and notify workspace admins by email when updates are material. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
